"I'm so upset. My homeowners insurance was dropped after I made a claim for $1300 for gutter damage. I thought we carried insurance for these situations. However, you make a small claim and get dropped. Now I have to search for new homeowners insurance after the bank put me on a lender provided insurance at 3x the cost. And now my escrow is all screwed up. What a mess! Usually State Farm would call with issues. Not this time. Found out when my Mortgage went from $1025 to $1475 because the escrow and lender placed insurance. Updated: I will say that before this incident I was very pleased with all my other experiences. However, this put me in a pickle."

"I have always had the best experience with them. They go out of their way to make sure they provide the best customer service. I am not at all knowledgeable when it comes to Insurance and policies. Lisa who is always a pleasure to speak to helped break everything down for me and helped me understand what would be the best policy for me. I can call them with no idea of what to do and they ask me to explain what's going on and they take everything from there. I am so beyond happy I finally found a car insurance agent/branch that cares 100% about me and my family. This is the number one place I constantly send my family and friends to. If you haven't switched your insurance to State Farm under Connie Patricks you're missing out !!! Wonderful branch by far. I am never disappointed ever by them."
